To qualify for your open ministry role, we ensure first that applicants have the capability to produce in your open role:

Higher Up Assessment Process
Our belief is that in any good assessment process, we match applicants solely for the role and we do so in multiple different ways.
Phase 1
We include our scores of each assessment plus the candidate’s actual answers for you to review as well
In Phase 1 our applicants create a portal and fill out the following information:

Basic Entry level Pastoral Search Criteria

Theological written essay questions & a denominational fit questionnaire

Motivation for the role questionnaire

Multiple job role work samples

Complete a personality inventory called the Quest Profiler
We also email their academic advisor and campus a questionnaire in which they rate the following:

Applicants personal character competencies related to the role
Phase 2
We include a video recording of this interview along with our ratings of each question for you to view and evaluate on your own as well.
In Phase 2 we interview applicants via our structured interview questionnaire for your open role, assessing the following information:

Multiple job role behavioral and situational interview questions

Follow up on answers to questions in Phase 1
