We are Higher Up Resources. Our mission is to place students into the right church jobs. We have seen the need to help place students into open roles as there is no real platform that does this. We believe this is an essential and relationship-based endeavor. In matching the right talent to the right church opening we hope to advance God’s Kingdom through healthy and thriving church ministries.

Pastor’s kid with a PhD in Organizational Psychology. I also teach online as an Affiliate Professor at several Universities. I have worked several church positions and have a passion to see churches thrive. I live in Eagle, ID with my lovely wife Kelsey and four incredible kids.
Cameron Bullman
Pastor’s kid with a background in recruiting. Passion for building relationships and helping others. I live in Lynchburg, VA with my lovely wife Kayla and our 2 dogs. I graduated from Liberty University with a Business degree. If I’m not working, then I’m probably on the golf course.
