The Student to Pastor Platform
The Assessment involves 2 Phases
Our belief is that in any good assessment process, we match you solely for the role and we do so in multiple different ways.
The Higher Up Assessment
To place you for a ministry role, we need to first assess your capability to produce in that role:

Can you successfully execute the job tasks for that role
Second, we need to make sure you possess the qualities that will keep you in that role:

Theological Fit
-
Personal character competencies
-
Motivation for the role
Phase 1
Should take you around 2 hours to complete and once submitted, we will review and if chosen to interview we will set that interview up within one week of you completing this phase.
In Phase 1 we have you create your applicant portal and fill out the following information:

Basic Entry level Pastoral Search Criteria

Theological written essay questions & a denominational fit questionnaire

Motivation for the role questionnaire

Multiple job role work samples
-
Complete a personality inventory called the Quest Profiler
We also have you list your academic advisor and campus pastor’s emails, and we contact them with a questionnaire in which they rate the following:

Personal character competencies related to the role
Placing you in an Entry level Pastoral Role
We continue working with you until you are placed in a role. There is no service fee for you. The church pays a finder’s fee once you are placed.
To begin the process,
Fill out your name, email and phone number and we will send you our contract to review and sign via docusign.
Upon completion of our contract,
We will send you the link to our portal to get started!

Phase 2
Should take 45 min. and upon completion we create your profile and plan on contacting you to interview for an open role within 14 – 28 days.
In Phase 2 we interview you via our structured interview questionnaire for the role you applied for, assessing the following information:

Multiple job role behavioral and situational interview questions

Follow up on some of your answers to questions in Phase 1
